Forwarding MRI, CT, X-ray, and EMG studies in advance lets Dr. Choudhri review your case before you arrive — which means a shorter wait, a more focused visit, and a better conversation about what’s actually going on.
What to bring
- A photo ID and your insurance card
- Imaging discs or reports from any prior MRI / CT / X-ray
- Operative reports from any prior spine or neurosurgical procedures
- A current list of medications
- A brief history of how your symptoms have changed over time
What happens at your visit
Dr. Choudhri will review your history, perform a focused physical exam, and walk through your imaging with you. You will leave with an understanding of your diagnosis, the treatment options available — surgical and non-surgical — and a recommendation.
